Due to the intimate nature of our products, Adam4Adam's Sex Toy Store for Gay Men only accepts returns on unopened, factory-sealed items or defective electronics within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been used or where the packaging has been tampered with.

  Place the item in a discreet, plain shipping box to protect your privacy and include a copy of your original receipt inside the package.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the seal and confirms the item is untampered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
